At the College of Charleston, the Business Language Minor in Spanish is designed for students interested in both Spanish language and business studies, and who would like to work in the international business community. Spanish is spoken by over 420 million native speakers worldwide and savvy business leaders know that communicating in the language of their customers improves sales and consumer loyalty. The Business Language Minor in Spanish is designed for students who would like to combine business studies with their interest in the Spanish language and Hispanic culture, and who are considering working in the international business community. Three of the six courses specifically focus on developing language proficiency and cultural competencies in business environments.
